First, I love the location of this property. You can ride or walk to the preserve using paths to avoid the traffic. Plus, the property is located within DC Ranch, so you can use their amenities, including a bunch of small neighborhood parks that are within walking distance. The grounds are mainly desert landscaping and well maintained. I like the layout of my unit and the patio is the biggest I've ever had in an apartment. The staff has been responsive, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
